About This Policy

TutorialsPoint India Private Limited ("Company/We/Us/Our") provides paid content to the students and their tutors, teachers, and parents ("Customers") to facilitate their learning for various educational boards for classes 5th to 12th and competitive exams including IIT/JEE & NEET.

To use our products & services, a user must have our App ("Tutorix App/tutorix app") installed on their Mobile Phone or Tab/Tablet supporting Android or iOS ("Device/Mobile Device").

When a user starts using Tutorix App on their Mobile Device, initial trial access is provided so they can try various Lectures, Text Notes, Quizzes, and other functionalities. This complete access is provided through Online Content Delivery over an Internet Connection with a 7-day trial period — giving users a clear understanding of content quality, usability, and the nature of learning through the App.

Once a user is 100% satisfied with the content and functionalities, they can proceed to activate content for a desired class to have full access including all Videos, Text Notes, and Quizzes.

Enjoy complete access for 7 days over an internet connection. Explore content quality, usability, and the learning experience before committing.

Activate Your Subscription

Once fully satisfied, make payment and receive an activation code for your desired class. Full content access for 365 days from the date of activation.

Single-Login Access

At any given time, a single login session is permitted per activated account for security and fair usage.

Cancellation & Refund

1. Buying Online Subscription for Content / Study Material

Users with a Mobile Device and an Internet Connection can use our Online Content Delivery (Streaming). After the 7-day trial period, payment must be made to continue using the services. Once the payment is done for any mentioned class, we provide an activation code to activate the desired class. Once activated, the user will be able to use the complete content for 365 days from the date of activation.

However, at a given point in time, a single login will be allowed for the activated user.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We provide users a 7-day trial period to explore the content and functionality of the App with complete access. Only when a user is 100% satisfied with the content and functionality do we suggest they buy the activation code to utilize the full strength of the App and use complete content for the subscribed class.

No Refund After Activation: No refund or cancellation is permitted once the user has activated online streaming, as we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding that no refund or cancellation is possible upon activation of online streaming.
